Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 1x Goalkeeper Training Lab ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the BoxCraft Keeper Lab mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Have read and understood our Privacy Policy

2. Description of Service

BoxCraft Keeper Lab is a goalkeeper training application that provides:

• Reflex training drills and reaction time tests
• Penalty taker profiling and analysis tools
• Shot pattern visualization and statistics
• Training journal and session logging
• Tactical scenario planning board
• Progress tracking and performance metrics

The App is designed as a training aid and does not guarantee specific performance improvements or results.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial training purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when required
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Not attempt to access unauthorized features or data
• Not use automated systems or bots with the App
• Maintain the security of your device and account

5. User Content and Data

The App allows you to create and store training data, including:

• Penalty taker profiles and shot records
• Training session logs and notes
• Tactical scenarios and formations
• Performance statistics and metrics

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter
• Backing up your local data
• Any consequences of data loss

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Important: The App is a training aid and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.

• Consult a healthcare professional before starting any training program
• The App does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions
• Training exercises should be performed safely and within your physical abilities
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from training activities

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface design and graphics
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Documentation and content

are owned by or licensed to 1x Goalkeeper Training Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• The content or practices of third-party services
• Any transactions between you and third parties
• Privacy practices of external websites or services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, or COMPLETENESS of content
• UNINTERRUPTED or ERROR-FREE operation
• COMPATIBILITY with all devices or systems

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1x Goalkeeper Training Lab SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the App (if any)

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1x Goalkeeper Training Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create or share through the App

12. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time
• Add or remove features without notice
• Change the pricing structure for premium features (if applicable)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:

• For violation of these Terms
• For illegal or harmful activities
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and you should delete the App from your device.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1x Goalkeeper Training Lab operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation, if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or litigation as a last resort

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1x Goalkeeper Training Lab regarding your use of the App. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top
• Sending a notification through the App (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
